Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Velox Technologies Ltd (“Velox”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Notify. Company details are on our Company page.

The service

Notify organises the content you submit into an AI-managed knowledge base. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; original sources are always preserved so you can verify anything Notify writes.

Your content

You own everything you submit and everything Notify generates from it. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to upload the content you submit, including consent for recordings of other people.

Acceptable use

Don't use Notify to store unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to probe or overload the service. Fair-use limits apply to keep the platform responsive. Accounts engaged in abuse may be suspended.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or annually, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal - access continues to the end of the paid period. There is no free trial; the Free plan is free indefinitely.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by email.
